24 Hour Road Accident Rescue
In the event of an accident our member calls a 24 Hour emergency Help Line and we:
- Inform and arrange for the Police to attend to the accident
- In case of an injury arrange for an Ambulance to Hospital
- Assist the member deal with the Traffic Police and any third parties at the accident scene
- Collect Insurance, License and Damage details of all motor vehicles involved
- If the vehicle is disabled we will drive the member and their passengers to one destination of their choice within Nairobi
- Provide Recovery services and Tow the vehicle to a Garage of the member’s choice
- Relay Urgent messages to family, friends or colleagues informing them of the accident
- Assist the member obtain a Police Abstract report from the relevant Police Station
- Inform the members Insurance Broker of the accident and the Insurance Broker will then contact the member to process the insurance claim documentation
